The vegetable Omega-3. Perilla oil contains in comparison to other plant oils the highest portion of biological active, polyunsaturated Omega-3-fatty acids. You obtain Perilla oil out of the seed of the Chinese medicinal and spice plant Perilla (black nettle). It is rich in alpha-linolenacid (ALA), the only Omega-3-fatty acid, which the body cannot produce by itself. It has a positive effect on your heart and vessels and is suitable for the replenishment of a diabetic and cholesterol-conscious alimentation. Vitamin E as a scavenger supports the healthy effect of the high-quality Perilla oil. Each capsule contains 500mg of pure Perilla oil.
