The current western diet makes a low consumption of omega 3, so the balance that it must maintain with another essential acid, omega 6, is decompensated.

Important representatives of omega 3 are docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), which have been shown to contribute favorably to normal and healthy cardiac function (intakes of 250mg or more per day).

The capsules of fish oil are complemented by natural vitamin E, whose antioxidant function contributes to the protection of body cells.

Each capsule contains:
1000 mg of natural fish oil (mainly wild salmon oil) with more than 30% of unsaturated Omega3 acids, EPA (approx. 18%) DHA (approx. 12%) and DPA (approx. 2%).

Recommended dose:
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with liquid before meals, without chewing.
