Linseed oil, also known as flaxseed oil, is obtained from mature flax seeds (Linum usitatissimum) through a cold-pressing process.

What is Omega 3-6-9?

Omega 3-6-9 is a dietary supplement that combines three types of essential fatty acids: omega 3, omega 6, and omega 9. These fatty acids are fundamental for the proper functioning of the body and are found in foods such as fish, flax, and borage. Omega fatty acids are essential for health. Omega 3-6-9 is a convenient way to obtain these essential fatty acids from plant sources, making it easier to include them in your daily diet.

Linseed oil is basically composed of unsaturated fatty acids in an approximate proportion of 90%, especially omega 3, alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Other oils, such as borage oil, also offer significant benefits, although their properties may differ from those of linseed oil.

ALA contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels with a consumption of at least 2 grams per day, which is achieved with a daily intake of 8 linseed oil capsules.

Recommended dosage:
2x daily 4 capsules daily taken with meals and swallowed with sufficient water.
Children under 12 years of age 1 capsule 3x daily as possible over a period of about 4 weeks.
