300 mg of calcium carbonate and 200 mg of magnesium carbonate (corresponding to 125 mg of calcium and 50 mg of magnesium), in addition to 1.25 µg of vitamin D3 that contributes to the absorption and utilization of calcium.

Dosage instructions:
Take 2 capsules 3 times daily. The capsules should be swallowed whole with sufficient liquid before a meal. The regular use of Calcium Magnesium Tablets over an extended period of time is recommended.
