Coenzyme Q10 exists in two forms, such as ubiquinone and ubiquinol.

Ubiquinone is the oxidized form of coenzyme Q10 and is the best known form, being until recently the main source of coenzyme Q10 in food supplements. But for the body to make use of coenzyme Q10, it must first convert it into its biologically active form, into ubiquinol.

Ubiquinol Q10

By directly supplying ubiquinol, the conversion process will be superfluous and activated Q10 ubiquinol will be immediately available to the body. This is beneficial when coenzyme Q10 in the form of ubiquinone is not well absorbed by having reduced enzyme function. In these cases, it is advisable to use the Coenzyme Q10 more bioactive and easier to use by the body, ubiquinol.

Coenzyme Q10 is part of a group called vitaminoids, substances similar to vitamins and an important part of our daily diet.

Recomended dosage:
Take one capsule per day (preferably in the morning), unchewed with some water.
