Please dissolve according to the following instructions. Measuring spoon (included):
1¼ (ca. 20 g) in 500 ml water.
To avoid lumps forming, first add the water and then the powder.
Drink 500 ml immediately after exercising (e.g. race etc.) in order to replenish your fluids and carbohydrate stores.

Me parece poco claro y tendente a causar confusión que se diga que 1 y un cuarto de cucharada por 500 cc de agua, cuando se podría, y sería exacto decirse: una cucharada por 400 cc.. Porque quién calcula exactamente una y un cuarto de cucharadita, con lo sencillo que sería decir una cucharadita! Critico pues, lo que creo, que es que no han pensado suficiente en la claridad de la emisión
