Meine Erfahrung mit Reducta Plus Ich benutze den Reducta Plus Shake jetzt seit ein paar Tagen und bin wirklich positiv überrascht Der Shake schmeckt gut besonders mit Chiasamen sättigt er super und hält mich bis weit in den Mittag hinein satt Ich trinke meistens zwei Shakes am Tag und esse eine normale Mahlzeit das funktioniert für mich perfekt Ich merke dass ich mehr Energie habe weniger Heißhunger verspüre und mich insgesamt wohl in meinem Körper fühle Auch auf der Waage geht es langsam aber stetig nach unten genau so wie ich es mir wünsche Mir gefällt besonders dass der Shake leicht zuzubereiten ist gut vertragen wird und ich ihn problemlos in meinen Arbeitsalltag im Salon integrieren kann Ich kann Reducta Plus wirklich empfehlen wenn man gesund und ohne großen Aufwand ein paar Kilos verlieren möchte
