Mix 40 g (approx. 3 heaped tablespoons) of powder in 200 ml of milk (1.5% fat) or shake in a shaker. Respect the recommended amount of powder and milk.

Substituting a meal replacement for one of the daily meals on a low-calorie diet will help maintain weight after weight loss. Replacing two of the daily main meals of a low-calorie diet with such a meal replacement contributes to weight loss.
