This delicious peanut oil is extracted from the seeds of the annual subtropical peanut plant (Arachis hypogaea).

Its high proportion of monounsaturated fatty acids (oleic acid, omega 9) makes it very valuable in a healthy and balanced diet. Before pressing, the peanuts are roasted, giving the oil an unmistakable note. With its characteristic nutty flavor, it offers a new flavor component in your kitchen.

It is ideal for dressing salads, making dressings and cold dishes, but thanks to its high heat stability it is also suitable for cooking, roasting and frying.
