Sea buckthorn oil (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) is obtained from the pulp of the berries of this native European plant. A dark red oil with a pleasant fruity aroma characterized by its content in palmitic acid and palmitoleic, an unsaturated fatty acid of the Omega 7 - fatty acid.
Recommended dosage:
Take 2 to 3 capsules daily. The capsules should be swallowed whole with sufficient liquid with a meal.
