Mouthwash:After brushing your teeth, add 1 drop of 24 Herb Oil to a glass of warm water and gargle. It also works in the throat, where the toothbrush can't reach.
Bath additive:For a full bath, add 5 to 10 drops to the water. Use sparingly. Bath time should not exceed 15 minutes for refreshing baths and 20 minutes for relaxing baths.
For massages:Mix 50 ml of a base oil, for example, almond oil, with 5 to 10 drops of 24 Herb Oil. A massage with this oil helps relieve pain and muscle tension.
