Creatine is essential for the function of muscle tissue. An extra supply of creatine can be helpful on certain occasions.
Use Ingredients
As a nutritional supplement, creatine is especially important for those who do not consume a diet with enough creatine, present mainly in meat and fish (fruits and vegetables contain very little creatine). Especially after age 50, at which time the storage capacity of creatine decreases significantly, a creatine supplement may be necessary.
Recommended dosage:
Take 2–3 capsules three times a day (without drinks containing caffeine).
Six capsules already provide 40 per cent of an adult’s daily magnesium requirement. If a higher amount is required due to sport or physical activity, you may take 4 to 5 capsules three times a day.
Consult your doctor before taking this product if you have cardiovascular, kidney or liver disease.

Gracias.
