Traditionally pumpkin seed oil is used for the well-being of the bladder and prostate.

The oil of the pumpkin seeds is obtained by gentle pressure of the seeds of the species Cucurbita pepo L. convar. Citrullina var. Styriaca and comes from controlled biological cultivation in the Steiermark region of Austria. This species is recognized as being especially rich in beneficial substances such as cucurbitacin and zinc.

Pumpkin seed oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, which helps reduce inflammation. For its properties, the pearls of pumpkin seed oil is helpful in relieving the pressure on the area and improving the situation.

It is recommended to take pumpkin seed oil for 2 or 3 months a year. In case of persistent discomfort, it can be taken uninterrupted.

Recommended dosage:
Take 1-2 capsules 3 times daily with meals. The capsules should be swallowed whole with liquid.
