A few drops suffice.
For the mouth and gums, in case of bleeding gums and to avoid bad breath, apply a few drops directly with the finger or brush.
To rinse, we recommend mixing it first with a little honey (otherwise it would be hardly soluble in water) and diluting the mixture with a little water.
Note: Propolis can cause allergic reactions on the skin sporadically.
