Application examples:

For healthy body care, for general refreshment, for the removal of troublesome perspiration odours apply for example by rubbing 2-4 drops of 101 Herb Oil onto the chest, front and back of neck, back, arms, legs and feet in the morning after washing or in the evening before going to bed.
Should you feel fatigued or exhausted, rub 2-4 drops of 101 Herb Oil onto the forehead, temples, scalp and back of neck. Refreshes and revitalises.
Prior to physical activity, massage the arms, thighs, calves and feet the evening before with several drops of 101 Herb Oil, and repeat the procedure after physical activity or after hiking.
To care for the feet, in particular in case of burning or stabbing pain in the feet, a feeling of heaviness or troublesome foot odour, add some drops of 101 Herb Oil into a foot bath.
Massage with 101 Herb Oil mixed with a little vegetable oil or neutral care oil. Recommended after every bath, after showers and after physical exertion.
For dental and oral care, above all against bad breath. Add 2 drops of 101 Herb Oil to the mouth rinsing water to refresh the entire mouth cavity and give you fresh breath.

Avoid direct sunlight or exposure to UVA after application. Essential oils and perfumed oils increase the photosensitivity of the skin.
