Each capsule contains:
14,000 FCC enzyme lactase units (1 capsule dissociate lactose from about 875 ml of milk)
Recommended dosage:
Take 1-3 capsules daily with enough liquid immediately before or during the consumption of products containing lactose.
The demand for the lactase supplied is individually different and must be adjusted. It depends on the type and amount of foods and beverages that contain lactose, as well as the production of lactase by the body.
The capsules are suitable for swallowing and for mixing with food or drink with a temperature of up to 50oC.
Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Store in a cool place as established in the labeling.
