Sage leaves tea (Salvia officinalis) it is a natural remedy with many applications. In fact its Latin name is salvare stays for Save.
Preparation:
Unless otherwise instructed, take one cup of tea infusion prepared as follows: Add 1 teaspoon (1.5 g) in a cup of boiling water, allow to steep for 10-15 min and then pass through a tea strainer.
Applied in the mouth and throat area with a tea infusion, rinsed or gargled, as follows: Pour boiling water (100 ml) over abundantly measured 1 1/2 teaspoons (2.5 g) sage leaves and pass through a tea strainer after about 10-15 minutes.

La tomo por recomendación del nutricionista, pero el sabor, uffff no me gusta mucho, así que la mezclo con otras.
Me gusta mucho que las hojas estén cortaditas y poder hacer la infusión con una cuchara. Padezco mucho de la grganta y las gargaras me alivian muchísimo. Muy contento. Cuando se acabe repetiré.
Buena calidad y efectiva. La uso para muchas cosas.
