Product returns
As a general rule we only accept returns when the products are in perfect condition, without being used, opened or changed in any other way.
The corresponding amount will be reimbursed when we receive the returned merchandise, and have inspected its condition. The reimbursement form depends on the chosen form of payment of the original order. When paid by credit card we will return the amount to this credit card. Any other form of the original payment will be returned to the banc account you specified in the return order.
The destination address for returns is indicated in the delivery note you receive with the original order.
