Shipping Charges
Orders to Spain
FREE shipping for orders above 80€.
For orders below 80€ we apply 6€ shipping charges.
Instead of home delivery you may choose to collect your order in your local post office or MRW office, in this case shipping charges are 4€ or 5€ respectively
The minimum order amount is 10€.
Postal service (Correos):
Orders received before 12h are delivered within 2-3 working days.
Messenger service (MRW):
Orders received before 16h are delivered the next business day. Orders received after 16h was delivered within 2 working days. Orders bound the Balearic or Canary can take up to 2 working days for delivery.
Once you submit your order we will provide a tracking code, so you can follow up your delivery on the Internet.
Is recommended to include a contact telephone number in order to facilitate the management of delivery and avoid unnecessary delays.
Balear Islands:
Postal service (Correos): Orders over 80€ send free of shipping charges shipping.
Messenger service (MRW): Orders over 100€ send free of shipping charges shipping.
For orders below 80€ we apply 6€ shipping charges and between 80€ and 100€ we apply 4€ shipping charges.

Internacional orders (outside Spain)
The international shipping costs depend on the destination, the weight and the order amount. Please select your products once the purchase process will continue and you will be informed of the shipping costs before finalizing the order.

Payment options
We accept the following payments:
 Credit Card
We accept most credit cards. You only have to enter your credit card details during the checkout process. You will pay through a secure connection and encryption (SSL) according to secure ecommerce standard.
PayPal
 PayPal is one of the largest payment processors on the internet, used by over 150 million users and businesses.
- If you already have a PayPal account, just enter your email address and your PayPal password and follow the instructions.
- If you do not have a PayPal account yet, follow the payment instructions. If you wish, you can create a PayPal account during the checkout process for your convenience for future PayPal payments.
Cash on delivery (only within Spain)
 We currently offer this payment method only in Spain through the national postal service.
If you select this payment method, the postman collects the billing amount at the time of delivery.
You do not have to pay cost on delivery service charge. However, you will have to pay the rate for the fund transfere, which currently is 0.8% of the invoice value. For example, an order of € 80.00 is increased by 0.64 € and you would have to pay a total of € 80.64 to the postman at the time of delivery.
